At The House of Amouage, we strive for absolute satisfaction with our high perfumery creations. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Concierge Team via the online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the fragrance in its original presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring the seal remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to the Atelier

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
